The Morkie, also known as the Yorktese, is a toy cross breed known for being affectionate, alert, energetic, friendly, intelligent, loving, loyal, playful, and social. It is the cross of the Yorkshire Terrier and Maltese. The most common colors for Yorkteses are black, black and tan, brown, and white. To keep it healthy, it will need to get exercise regularly. The Morkie commonly participates in agility.
